Karen is very knowledgeable and experienced, and knows all the ins and outs of the process. She helped us look at many, many homes, patiently pointing out the good the bad and the ugly for each. Never once did we feel rushed, or pressured into putting in an offer, in fact in some instances, it was quite the opposite! She also helped us with all the processes after submitting an offer — from negotiation. to inspection, and all the way to closing.
