My family and I have been working with Karen for more than a year and have purchased three properties with her now. I refuse to work with any other realtor than her because she's simply fantastic. From commercial to residential, Karen is knowledgeable in every aspect. I enjoy that she gets straight to the point and lets you know a property is actually worth the asking price. Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in the pictures being pretty or the market being in demand,  but Karen looks at all the details in person and knows when the work is professionally done. I have told her exactly  what I was looking for, and she never pushed anything other than what I desired. Before meeting Karen, I have had other realtors showmen properties in the past that did not meet my criteria. It was a waste of my gas and time.  I found Karen after seeing her 5 star reviews and I appreciated that she actually listened. I also have praise for her business partner, Nathan, who is always available to show properties if Karen is unavailable. He knows the Missouri area throughout and is a great photographer. They are honest, good people. 10/10
